Prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday

In the low season we do accept stays of minimum 2 nights. This is at a cost of £150 / €170 per night. If you want a short LAST minute break in the mid or peak, seasons please contact me direct for a price, but please note these are for last-minute bookings only.

In addition, long weekends and mid-week stays will be considered during the autumn period at a rental cost of £150.00 / €170  per day.

To secure a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental charge and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival together with £150.00 security deposit, which will be returned within days of your departure providing that all is found to be in order after you have left.

Minimum stay of 1 week is required over the peak and high season. Changeover days are Saturdays and guests are required to vacate by 10am. Between 10am-4pm the Gîte is closed for cleaning to facilitate new arrivals and re opens at 16:00 hours.
